Learning how to practice mindfulness is important  to living an awesome life.  Start by watching all of the mindfulness videos. Watching them in order is helpful but not necessary. 

Turn off other electronics and remove any distractions. 

Watch 1 video every few days or as often as you need to calm your brain and the thought patterns that you are struggling with.
